By placing an order you agree to these Terms of Sale and to our Disclaimers, Returns & Refunds policy and Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

You certify that you are the actual buyer, are of legal age for the items ordered, are not prohibited by federal, state or local law from receiving or possessing firearms or ammunition, and that the items are legal where you live and where they will be delivered.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We may accept, limit or cancel any order, including after payment, for reasons such as product availability, pricing or listing errors, failed verification, or legal restrictions. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount charged for the cancelled items.

Pricing and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change until your order is accepted. Applicable taxes and shipping are shown at checkout. FFL transfer fees charged by your receiving dealer are not included and are paid directly to that dealer.

Shipping

Many products ship directly from our distributor partners. Firearms ship only to the licensed FFL dealer you select, which must have a current license on file with us. Ammunition and other items ship to your address where permitted and may require an adult signature. Ship times are estimates.

Title and risk

Title to firearms passes to you only upon lawful transfer by the receiving FFL dealer.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The terms posted when you place an order apply to that order.
