Legal compliance

All firearms, ammunition, magazines and accessories are sold subject to applicable federal, state and local laws. It is the buyer's responsibility to know and obey the laws where they live, including laws on ownership, possession, transport, magazine capacity and feature restrictions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for any reason, including any order we believe may violate the law or involve a straw purchase.

Age requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase rifles, shotguns and long-gun ammunition, and at least 21 years old to purchase handguns, handgun ammunition and handgun components. Some states and localities set higher limits.

FFL transfers and background checks

Firearms are shipped only to a federally licensed (FFL) dealer, never to a consumer's home. The receiving dealer will require valid government-issued photo ID, completion of ATF Form 4473 and a NICS or state background check before transfer, and may charge a transfer fee. Waiting periods, permits and other state requirements may apply. Delayed or denied transfers are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy.

Restricted items and locations

Certain products cannot be shipped to certain states, counties or cities. We make reasonable efforts to block restricted items at checkout, but restrictions change frequently and ultimate responsibility for compliance rests with the buyer. We may cancel any order that cannot legally be completed.

Safety

Firearms and ammunition are dangerous if misused. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions and the fundamental rules of firearm safety, store firearms securely and out of the reach of children and unauthorized persons, and use only ammunition appropriate for your firearm. We are not responsible for injury, death or property damage resulting from the use, misuse or modification of any product.

Warranties

Products are covered only by the manufacturer's warranty, if any. Except as required by law, we make no other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
