Firearms

Firearms that have been transferred to you cannot be returned, except for warranty service through the manufacturer. If a firearm arrives at your dealer damaged or incorrect, have the dealer note it and contact us before completing the transfer.

Delayed or denied transfers

If your transfer is denied, or cannot be completed for a reason within your control, the firearm will be returned to us or our distributor. A refund will be issued less return shipping and a restocking fee where applicable. We cannot release a firearm to anyone other than the original buyer.

Ammunition

For safety reasons, ammunition is not returnable once shipped unless it arrives damaged or incorrect.

Accessories, optics and magazines

Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery with prior authorization. Contact us for a return authorization before sending anything back. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items

Report damaged, defective or incorrect items within 3 days of delivery, with photos if possible, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected.
